Summertime Shop Hours
The last drop off hours for a while is July 2, 9-5.
If you are picking up, give me a call and I will let you know when I will be in. I take most weekends off and will not respond until I am back in the office.
In order to keep this business going I am taking time in July to:
1. catch up! I hate being 6-8 weeks out on repairs. I'd like to get this to a healthy 2 weeks. My best, most productive days are when no one knows I am in the shop and I can have a singular focus on the work.
2. restructuring my fee schedule. I need to make a living off of this business. I am going to implement a storage fee to encourage timely pick up and I am beginning to implement a rush fee.
3. move my Whitefish office to Columbia falls. I live in Columbia falls. Moving spaces will make it better for you and me as I will be able to have evening hours and accommodate special pick up.
4. I might switch to appointment only. This will be hard for some folks but create more predictability for others.
5. all of this involves an overhaul of my website. My skillset is not in computers so this is a big challenge for me.
Thanks for your continued patience and support while I figure this out!
All the best,
Marijke
